If you can see it, you can make it happen(or maybe not!) Part I

 When discussing with my clients why their infrequent “visualisations”  do not  seem to work, I generally explain it through the “negative current” theory (see previous post here)… in short, they did not create enough energy (actions, thoughts, beliefs etc..) to overcome the previously encouraged flow of negativity… 

In a presentation for Caroline Myss (listen to it here), who in her unusual work as a “medical intuitive” with cancer patients, found out that those patients who were not able to completely heal (be free of cancer and have no chance of it returning) are those whose energies are “in the most part”,  ”tied-up” elsewhere.

In other words, the reason we are not able to fully create our “visualised” reality, is we do not have “enough” energy to allow ourselves to go through the actions that produce RESULTS. We’re standing infront of a canvas holding a pencil, with no brushes, or golden paint in sight… hoping that our ”Klimt-Reproduction” will magically appear! (ok, so I did make it appear, but again, I am famous for my magic wand you know ;) …. 

So, where exactly have we misplaced our tools (energies),

According to Myss, they are  ”tied-up” in our old  “wounds”, “grievances”, “anger”, “frustrations”, “guilt”, etc… these emotions continue to ”drain” our energies, leaving us feeling stuck and lacking the power to change, whether the change was a health crisis that we needed to overcome or a life situation that we want to transform.

Two more questions arise here:

  1. How are we allowing those draining emotions to control us? And
  2. How do we re-claim our resources, for use where we need it the most, FULLY LIVING our life, in the here and now?

My belief is that if we did not seek completion with past ordeals, these will always come back to haunt us. If what drains us is past unfortunate incidents with others, the only way to be free is to forgive and move on. Just accept the learnings from that episode and decide to move forward. Set goals to accomplish; these could be a great distracting tool to be more present and future oriented, as opposed to being tied up to a limiting past that we can no longer do anything about :)

Completely agree my favourite Coach, thanks for sharing how goals can be a tool, In the next part I am adding the specific tools I use to help get me (and others) of this pit-hole (unforgiveness) and I am also linking to one of the most powerful visualization tools I have used (in your blog if you allow me) :) cant wait for the promised audio in your amazing voice ;)
