Coaching Program

Personalized coaching programs are individually created to suit your strengths and learning style within the following recommended structure that may be further tailored towards your needs. I coach in Arabic and/or English and provide resources in both languages (if you want to know more about my background and what brought me to coaching, check out my profile here).

• A personalised 12 Session program (includes twelve 1hour sessions) is US$600  (US$150/month) over 4months. Sessions are conducted weekly/bi-weekly, with an option for a session break when deemed necessary. It also includes the option of unlimited email coaching/private-webpage coaching, which helps a person get into the habit of journaling (you can alternatively write in a diary). Resources will be recommended or provided as needed (note that this period can be renewed or single further sessions can be booked at US$50 per session if further guidance is required at a later stage). These set-up sessions are  aimed at equipping a person towards continuing the journey of personal-development with an increased awareness. More details on the method used.

 

• Email/blog page coaching this is another way to access personalized coaching. It capitalizes on the Questioning and Writing Analysis techniques to help you change deeply ingrained habits. Allows you a 1 month option to private email coaching at US$110/month . All emails are returned within 76 hours and include an acknowledgment of the issue, a clarification of alternative options, coaching questions, and necessary resources aimed at your specific issue/issues (try this service for free, or read other free questions and answers on askthecoach).

 

• Single sessions (for specific matters for people not enrolled or not previously enrolled in the above program) are as follows:
  1 hour session is US$70
  2 hour session is US$120

 

• Group Sessions: Contact me for information on currently available group coaching sessions

 

• I also provide single sessions of  EFT (emotional freedom technique) and Hands on Healing services, see details of enrollment.

I coach in person, by phone, msn/skype and VOIP (internet calling service).
